Who we are
Replace My Lighting is operated by Soluvoll, LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Florida with locations in Florida and Boston. Soluvoll was founded by Eric Steele and Ron Cote, partners with a combined track record across commercial LED upgrades, distribution, and facility lighting management. We built Replace My Lighting to be the tool we always wished existed on the jobs we ran ourselves.
What we do
We help commercial facility operators do three things, in one place:

When a fixture is out of warranty, one button puts you in touch with the right person: us, or your own service provider.
Manage.
Build a digital record of every fixture in every building you operate, so you know what's installed, where it lives, and when it was put in.
Protect.
Track warranties automatically. Get notified before coverage lapses. File claims in a few clicks, without hunting through old paperwork.
Most of our customers are multi-site operators: facility managers running dozens or hundreds of locations who need a single source of truth for their lighting.
Why we built this
The lighting industry is a maze. Distributors sell fixtures. Contractors install them. Manufacturers warranty them. And somewhere in the middle, the facility operator is left with a binder of cut sheets, a spreadsheet of part numbers, and no reliable way to find out what to do when one fails two years later.
We built Replace My Lighting to close that gap. One platform. One account. One place where every fixture, the building it went into, the warranty behind it, and your service provider all live together.

Eric co-founded Soluvoll after a career spent inside commercial energy-efficiency projects: auditing facilities, engineering retrofits, and navigating the utility-incentive landscape that makes or breaks project economics. He leads product and technology for Replace My Lighting.
Ron Cote
Partner
Ron co-founded Soluvoll with a background in commercial LED distribution, manufacturer relationships, and large-account program management. He leads partnerships, operations, and customer success for Replace My Lighting.
Together, Eric and Ron bring 40+ years of combined experience in commercial lighting and energy efficiency.
