Free for your building
Every light in your building on one map, with its warranty. When one fails, tap it, check it over, and press Send. For a covered light, that's the claim. Photos are optional.
Our team builds it from your drawings, an old audit, or just an address. We reply within 2 business days.
No software to learn. Your map is ready to use on a laptop or a phone.
Send what you have. Our team puts every light on your floor plan, room by room.
Each light shows when its warranty started and how long it has left, in plain words.
Covered? File warranty replacement. Out of warranty? Get in touch. Walking the floor? Mark as failed. Nothing is sent until you check it and press Send.
Why it matters
The driver quits, the light fades, or the color drifts. Some of that, especially a dead driver, is still under warranty, if you know which fixture came from where. Most buildings don't, so the money goes unclaimed.
With LED, the driver can quit while the LEDs are fine. That is often a covered part.
Most LED life ratings (L70) are the projected hours until the light gives off 30% less. Dim can be normal aging, not a defect.
The lighting industry's recommended practice for maintenance, IES RP-36-24, calls for regular inspections instead of waiting for calls. Your map makes that walk a checklist.
